Overview

  • **Role Description** This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners, and expand the company’s presence in relevant markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Proficiency in relationship management, client communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations, with solid negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) to track activities and results.
  • Previous experience in trading, textiles and garments, or chemicals sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, FMCG, trading, or B2B sales is preferred.
  • Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
