Tanfeez is a growing construction and fit-out company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial projects, including villas, palaces, apartments, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, offices, and luxury interior fit-outs.

We are seeking a professional and highly motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help expand our presence in the Saudi market

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in the construction and fit-out sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, and project managers.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Follow up on tender opportunities, RFQs, and project inquiries.
  • Coordinate with technical and estimating teams during proposal preparation.
  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and business opportunities.
  • Achieve agreed business development and sales targets

Role Description

This is a fulltime hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development Executive.

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients.

Day-to-day tasks include nurturing client accounts, implementing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to meet business targets and maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous and proven experience in business development and lead generation, sales, client relations, --construction, fit-out, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Professional appearance and business etiquette.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
  • Existing network within the Saudi market is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
