Role Summary

The Business Development Officer (BDO) – Manpower Recruitment Services will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new B2B business opportunities specifically for HR consultancy and recruitment solutions.

The focus will be on attracting corporate clients in the UAE and the Gulf region who require Recruitment services, manpower outsourcing, and HR advisory services.

The BDO will drive lead generation, strategic partnerships, client retention, and revenue growth for the HR/Recruitment business unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective employers across the UAE and GCC.
  • Generate new recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consultancy opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of corporate clients needing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Overseas Manpower, Contract Staffing, or HR consultancy services.
  • Present our HR solutions professionally to prospects, highlighting our value proposition and tailored service offerings.
  • Manage end-to-end business development activities — prospecting, proposal development, client negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the internal HR & Recruitment team to understand service capacities and timelines for client delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by the management.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of business activities through the company’s CRM and prepare periodic reports for the Head of Business Development.
