A Day in the Life As a Sales Analyst for L'Oréal Luxe, you will be a key player in driving our growth strategy across the dynamic GCC market. Reporting to the Category Lead, you will transform complex sales data into actionable insights that shape our business decisions and fuel the success of our prestigious brands.

  • Analyze Performance: You will monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify key growth opportunities and potential risks for our luxury portfolio.
  • Drive Strategy with Data: Translate your findings into clear, compelling reports and dashboards, providing the commercial teams with the strategic insights needed to optimize performance.
  • Shape the Future: You'll support the sales forecasting and business planning processes, helping to build robust strategies that ensure our continued leadership in the luxury beauty space.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure a unified approach, fostering a data-centric culture across the division.
