Key responsibilities
- Generate AMC leads and pitch maintenance services for fire alarms and firefighting equipment, including hydrants, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
- Prepare commercial quotations and close service contracts.
- Track contract expiry dates, follow up on renewals, and upsell system upgrades or spare parts.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits, dispatch technicians, and coordinate emergency breakdown responses.
- Process purchase and work orders, verify service and job-completion reports, and coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Act as the main customer contact for complaints, service inquiries, and safety-regulation compliance documentation.
Core requirements
- Typically 1 to 2 years of indoor sales, service coordination, or AMC business generation experience within fire safety.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office software.
- Basic technical familiarity with fire detection systems such as alarm panels and smoke detectors, and suppression systems such as sprinklers, pumps, and hydrants.
Pay
- ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
