Overview
- Colabz is expanding its commercial team and we’re looking for ambitious sales agents who understand how to open doors, build relationships, and close opportunities in the UAE market.
- This role is ideal for someone who is confident in B2B sales, comfortable speaking with business owners and decision makers, and motivated by performance-based growth.
- What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and approaching potential clients across the UAE
- Following up with inbound leads generated through our marketing channels
- Building strong relationships with business owners, marketing teams, and agencies
- Presenting our digital and creative solutions in a clear, professional way
- Managing leads from first conversation to closing
- Working closely with our internal team to create the right opportunities for each client
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in the UAE market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Experience in handling inbound leads and converting warm opportunities
- Understanding of digital, marketing, creative, or agency services is a strong plus
- Arabic speakers are preferred
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based model
