Company Overview

We are a fast-growing company based in Business Bay, Dubai, specialising in the sale, hosting, and worldwide delivery of high-end cryptocurrency mining equipment.

We work with serious clients who are ready to invest in top-tier ASIC miners (crypto mining) and hosting solutions.

We have recently expanded into AI and GPU server hardware (NVIDIA-based systems for running AI and machine-learning workloads locally).

Mining remains our core business, but the two markets increasingly overlap: the same buyers who understand compute, power draw, and hosting are now asking about GPU servers too.

Our office is fast-paced, result-driven, and focused on converting hot leads into real revenue.

You won't be doing cold outreach.

You'll engage with clients who already know what they want.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative with hands-on experience in the cryptocurrency mining space.

Working from our Dubai office, you'll handle daily inbound leads, provide expert guidance on miner selection and hosting, and close high-value deals.

Increasingly, those inbound leads also include AI and GPU server requests (pre-built NVIDIA systems for running large language models and AI workloads under Linux).

Experience selling or advising on this kind of hardware is a strong advantage, though not a hard requirement.

Your primary focus will be ASIC miners, hosting, and direct-to-customer shipping.

This is a performance-focused role with real earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to hot inbound leads via PHONE, WhatsApp, email, and website chat
  • Qualify prospects and guide them to the right ASIC miner or hosted mining service
  • Explain mining profitability, TH/s, hosting terms, power cost per kWh, and coin-specific ROI
  • Finalise sales and coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth delivery, hosting setup, or direct shipping
  • Maintain CRM records with deal status, quotes, and follow-up activity
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • AI / GPU server line (growing):
  • Field inbound enquiries for pre-built AI and GPU servers (NVIDIA H100 / H200, RTX 6000 Ada, RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell, and HGX-class systems)
  • Qualify the customer's use case (model type, VRAM requirement, single-GPU workstation vs. multi-GPU system) and match them to the right configuration, with technical support from the team
  • Coordinate quotes, lead times, and build or direct-shipping logistics with suppliers and operations
  • You don't need to be a hardware engineer.
  • You need to qualify the lead, quote confidently, and drive the deal to close, with spec-level technical backup behind you.

  • Competitive base salary of at least AED 6,000/month depends on expierence
  • 1% commission on every sale (uncapped, paid on total deal size), which scales significantly on larger AI and GPU server deals

Core (Required)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or direct B2C / B2B sales
  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency mining (ASIC devices, cloud mining, or hosting platforms)
  • Ability to confidently explain TH/s, power cost per kWh, profitability, and coin volatility
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site in a competitive environment
  • Advantageous (not required):
  • Experience selling or advising on AI / GPU servers or high-end NVIDIA hardware (e.g. H100 / H200, RTX 6000 Ada, RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell, HGX systems)
  • Familiarity with GPU server fundamentals: VRAM, CPU platforms (AMD EPYC / Intel Xeon Scalable), ECC RAM, NVMe storage, power and cooling, and Linux (Ubuntu Server)
  • Comfort holding a technical conversation with buyers running local AI or LLM workloads

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent.

On-site only, no remote options.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
