Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Property Consultants to join our team on a commission-only basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in making sound property investment and purchasing decisions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Analyze market trends and property values to identify investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Maintain an updated database of available properties and client records.
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and other stakeholders to facilitate property transactions.
- Stay informed about UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of UAE real estate experience.
- Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
