ReMed Medical is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Female Sales Agent / Patient Journey Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role combines sales, patient coordination, and front desk responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be confident in handling patient inquiries, building trust, converting leads into consultations and treatments, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from the first interaction until the completion of their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Convert leads into booked consultations and treatments.
- Guide patients throughout their journey and ensure excellent follow-up.
- Manage front desk operations and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with doctors and internal departments to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Maintain accurate patient records and CRM updates.
- Follow up with potential and existing patients to maximize conversion and retention.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong sales skills are a must.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, patient coordination, front desk, or clinic operations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Medical, healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or related background is a plus.
