Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent role based in Jiddah.

The Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Additional responsibilities include providing product insights, assisting clients in the selection of properties, and negotiating contracts to finalize deals.

The Sales Agent will also participate in training sessions to hone their skills and knowledge in real estate sales.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and maintain positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques to meet and exceed targets and the ability to close deals
  • Familiarity with property-related Insurance processes and the ability to guide clients
  • Eagerness to participate in Training programs for professional growth
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven attitude with excellent organizational skills
  • Prior experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
