Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential clients.
  • Present and promote Arkan Dubai's products and services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand customer needs.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Update and manage customer information using CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients and address inquiries.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • **MUST be Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).**
  • Real estate experience is an advantage.
  • Freshers with strong energy, confidence, and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
