Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, communicative, and ambitious professional who is eager to build a long-term career in client relations and investment services.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified private and institutional investors;
- Present the company’s investment products and services professionally and confidently;
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding available investment opportunities;
- Respond to client inquiries efficiently through phone, email, and live chat communication channels;
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the company CRM system;
- Deliver high-quality client support while contributing to overall team goals and performance;
- Continuously improve knowledge of company services, products, and internal procedures.
Candidate Qualifications
- Fluency in French is required, with a good understanding of spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in client relations, customer support, call center operations, or sales is considered an advantage;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Professional, confident, and client-oriented approach;
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented personality;
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
