We are expanding our team and seeking dynamic **Property Consultants** who are passionate about real estate, driven by results, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
If you have a strong understanding of the Dubai property market and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
- Generate and manage leads through company-provided channels and personal networking.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice.
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate trends, projects, and market developments.
- Negotiate deals and facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
✔ 2–3 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate
✔ Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market and ongoing projects
✔ Well-connected with developers and industry stakeholders
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
