Role Description
The Sales Agent – Commission Based role at Klekktic is a full-time position based in KSA - Riyadh.
The Sales Agent is responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers, presenting Klekktic’s products, and closing sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Day-to-day tasks include greeting and advising customers in the showroom, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up on leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support, and representing the brand at local events or promotions.
The Sales Agent is expected to build strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement of Klekktic’s offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present products clearly and build rapport with diverse customers.
- Customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive client experience.
- Sales skills and proven ability to work in a commission-based environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in training or coaching customers on product features and usage; background in insurance sales or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior retail or showroom sales experience, ideally in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle products.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting tools and CRM systems is beneficial.
- Fluency in Arabic; additional language skills relevant to the Riyadh market are an asset.
- Previous experience with Furniture Sales and FF&E is a must.
Responsibilities
