About the Role

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties across Qatar's dynamic real estate market. You will serve as a trusted advisor, combining in-depth market knowledge with exceptional customer service to deliver outstanding results for clients and the business alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and community engagement
  • Advise clients on current market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities across Qatar
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations for prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants
  • Negotiate and close sales and lease agreements in line with client objectives and company targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and long-term client relationships
  • Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and related documentation in compliance with Qatar real estate regulations
  • Coordinate with developers, landlords, legal teams, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transaction completion
  • Stay current on Qatar's real estate market trends, property laws, and new project launches
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions using CRM software
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, developer launches, and networking events

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within Qatar or the GCC
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar's residential and commercial property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital property platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar or hold a transferable visa
