Working within our Kids Around Outlet store in Bicester Village you will be working as part of a team to deliver premium customer service with a personal touch, within a premium, designer fashion label setting.

Details of the role: Full Time Sales Advisor 37.5hrs per week 5 days over 7 including weekends A history of proven experience with high end customer service preferred.

The successful individual will be supporting the running of our store based in Bicester Village Outlet.

include: Support of store management on a day to day basis Ensuring the store delivers premium customer service Driving sales to target Understanding, analysis and development of store KPI’s Store merchandising including changeover of seasons and promotions Managing stockloss and completing inventories Maintaining high standards of good housekeeping Receipt of deliveries Qualifications Skills & Requirements: All suitable candidates must be confident working within a small team, show a strong level of customer service, be driven towards targets, self-motivated and able to work to a high level while managing time efficiently.
