Sales Advisor

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders and inquiries through email and other channels.
• Clarify product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements with customers.
• Check product availability and coordinate stock information with internal teams.
• Prepare and share quotations using the company's ERP system, then follow up on quotations and confirmations.
• Process confirmed orders accurately in the ERP system and coordinate timely preparation with warehouse and processing teams.
• Schedule deliveries with drivers, follow up on delivery progress, and communicate delays or changes to customers.
• Maintain accurate quotation, order, delivery, and customer communication records.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounts, and logistics teams; handle customer queries and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
• Previous experience in order processing, sales coordination, customer service, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and order-processing procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and email communication.
• Strong coordination, organization, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask across orders and deliveries, maintain accuracy, and work effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
• Experience in medical equipment, healthcare, trading, or distribution is an advantage.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.

Work location

• The role is in person in Dubai, UAE.
