Sales & Admissions Manager
to lead student recruitment, admissions conversion, parent engagement, enrolment growth, and admissions reporting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving enrolment targets, strengthening parent relationships, improving the admissions journey, and supporting the school’s growth plans.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-up discipline, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to use data and CRM systems to improve admissions performance.
Role Overview
The Sales & Admissions Manager will oversee the full admissions cycle, from initial enquiry and school tours to application follow-up, offer conversion, enrolment confirmation, and re-registration support.
The role requires a proactive professional who can manage parent relationships, track admissions pipelines, analyze data, and work closely with school leadership, academic teams, finance, and operations to ensure a smooth and positive admissions experience.
Admissions, Sales, and Enrolment Growth
- Lead the admissions process from initial enquiry to confirmed enrolment.
- Manage parent enquiries, school tours, applications, assessments, offers, and enrolment follow-up.
- Achieve student recruitment, conversion, and enrolment targets.
- Maintain strong and timely follow-up with prospective families to improve conversion rates.
- Support re-registration campaigns and parent retention initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase enrolment and improve the admissions experience.
- Track prospective families through each stage of the admissions pipeline.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure timely completion of admissions steps.
CRM, Data, and Reporting
- Use
HubSpot
- to manage enquiries, admissions pipelines, parent communication, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Use
Power BI
- to support admissions dashboards, enrolment reporting, conversion analysis, and management updates.
- Maintain accurate admissions data, parent records, enquiry stages, and application status updates.
- Prepare regular reports on enquiries, tours, applications, assessments, offers, conversions, withdrawals, and enrolment performance.
- Analyze admissions data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure all admissions records are updated accurately and consistently.
Parent Relationship and Customer Service
- Build strong and professional relationships with prospective and current families.
- Ensure timely, clear, and helpful communication throughout the admissions journey.
- Handle parent concerns professionally and support service recovery where needed.
- Provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, admissions requirements, fees, and enrolment process.
- Deliver a positive first impression of Ignite School to all prospective families.
- Support parent engagement activities, admissions events, and open days.
Marketing and School Promotion
- Support the promotion of Ignite School through admissions events, open days, tours, and community engagement.
- Work with the leadership and marketing teams to strengthen the school’s visibility and parent interest.
- Provide feedback on market trends, parent expectations, competitor activity, and admissions opportunities.
- Support campaigns aimed at increasing enquiries, applications, and enrolments.
- Represent the school professionally during tours, events, and parent meetings.
- Coordination and Compliance
- Ensure admissions processes follow school policy, KHDA requirements, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate student admission files and required documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance on fee-related matters, payment follow-up, and enrolment confirmation.
- Coordinate with academic teams regarding assessments, placement, and student readiness.
- Support student onboarding and transition into the school.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be an experienced admissions, sales, CRM, and parent engagement professional, preferably within a school or education environment.
The candidate should be confident, organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple admissions priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, enrolment management, parent relations, or school marketing.
- Strong experience using
HubSpot
- is required.
- Strong experience using
Power BI
- for reporting and dashboards is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage targets, deadlines, and multiple parent enquiries at the same time.
- Previous UAE school or education sector experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of KHDA admissions requirements is an advantage.
