WE ARE HIRING Sales and Admission Officer (Jeddah Branch)
Picasso School is looking for a motivated Sales and Admission Officer with strong communication skills and a passion for education.
The ideal candidate will support families throughout the admissions process while providing thoughtful academic guidance and promoting the school’s values and programs.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle daily walk-in and phone inquiries professionally
-Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities
-Convert leads to enrollments by explaining benefits, fees, and placement support
-Maintain follow-up with interested candidates via phone and WhatsApp
-Track leads and admission data using Excel or CRM
-Support in daily admission reports
Skills
:
-Excellent interpersonal and sales communication skills.
-Confident, persuasive, and empathetic in student and parent interactions.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in front desk, admissions, or sales roles.
- Based in Jeddah and available for a full-time role.
- Preferably, previous experience working at a well-known company in the fashion or jewelry industry.
