Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about supporting a high-performing sales team? Join Ali & Sons Group as a Sales Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring accurate vehicle reporting, maintaining up-to-date sales information, and supporting seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the PME vehicle reporting system in accordance with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
- Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specifications and pricing information.
- Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections at the port and ensure timely transfers to the designated storage facility.
- Prepare and submit weekly PME reports, ensuring accurate customer information for the CSS program.
- Process and submit monthly support claims to PME within the required deadlines.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of the Used Car Section and perform additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in administration or sales support, with a general understanding of business operations.
Education: High School Certificate or equivalent.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in standard computer applications and the ability to work with reporting systems and databases.
Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, accountability, effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines.
