Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Sales Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and fostering positive client relationships. Daily responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service, organizing and maintaining records, handling data entry tasks, and efficiently managing sales-related inquiries and documentation. The assistant will also coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and professional interactions.
Qualifications
- Organized and detail-oriented with proven experience in Administrative Assistance and Data Entry
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members
- Basic understanding or experience in Sales, with the ability to support and manage sales operations seamlessly
- Proficiency in commonly used software and tools for scheduling, recordkeeping, and data management
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related discipline is preferred
