Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Sales Administration professional.
The position involves providing direct support to sales team to complete quotations, processing sales transactions, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, supporting sales training initiatives, and maintaining accurate sales records.
The role will play a critical part in optimizing sales processes and contributing to company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and handle inquiries
- Proficiency in sales and sales management to monitor transactions, manage records, and drive growth
- Experience in training and supporting sales teams to enhance performance and productivity
- Proficient organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Previous sales or administration experience is an asset
