Sales Administration Assistant - Grocery

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, pricing, promotional and claims data to support commercial decision-making. Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and customer reporting to deliver meaningful business insights. Support customer administration requirements and ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. Process and manage customer claims, ensuring accurate follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with Logistics and cross-functional teams to support DIFOT performance and customer service outcomes. About You Experience in sales support, administration or customer-facing coordination roles, ideally within FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills, with confidence working across multiple business systems. Strong analytical and numerical capability with excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to prioritise competing tasks, work autonomously, and contribute effectively within a team environment. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes. Business or administration-related qualification preferred, but not essential.
