Sales Administrator - Female

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team on orders and enquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Track order status and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
