Sales Administrator - Female

**Company:** RoFo (operated by Super Shine Auto Care L.L.C.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
  • Coordinate with customers and the sales team on orders and enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Track order status and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
  • Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
