Job Overview
We are looking for a **well-groomed, confident, and proactive Sales Admin Executive** to join our dental clinic.
This role includes **front desk reception, administrative work, and outdoor sales/marketing activities** to help grow the clinic and maintain excellent patient service.
Key Responsibilities
- **Act as the clinic receptionist** and welcome patients professionally
- Handle **calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment scheduling**
- Manage **front desk operations, billing coordination, and patient records**
- Provide basic information about treatments and assist patient inquiries
- Conduct **outdoor sales and marketing activities** to generate patient leads
- Visit nearby **offices, buildings, and businesses** to promote clinic services
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
Requirements
- **Own visa is mandatory**
- **Well-groomed and presentable personality**
- Strong **communication and customer service skills**
- Comfortable with **outdoor sales and client visits**
- Fluent in **English** (Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is an advantage)
- Basic **computer and administrative skills**
- Previous experience in **reception, sales, or healthcare/clinic environment** is preferred
