Key Activities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales acquisition strategies to expand the customer base and increase order volume.
  • Lead a team of sales Executives to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful promotional campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, restaurants, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Contribute to product releasing and coaching members for awareness.
  • Evaluate store and individual performance.
  • Address and resolve potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly productivity metrics per HC.
  • Improve Vendor Offering Score/ KP per MAU.
  • Set go to market strategy for the acquisition team.

Qualifications

  • 4 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing partnerships in a competitive business environment.
  • Results oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering a relevant field is required.
