Role Description
Sales Account Manager is a full-time in Riyadh, role responsible for managing and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Digitumz solutions, and guiding clients through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
The role involves maintaining regular communication with accounts, understanding client needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The Sales Account Manager will monitor account performance, prepare sales reports, and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
This position requires a results-driven mindset and a collaborative approach to achieving revenue targets and supporting long-term client success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex IT solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of driving Customer Satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering timely, reliable support.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, software, or digital transformation services.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Basic understanding of technology and digital solutions; ability to learn new products and platforms quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
