Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role based in Riyadh.

The Sales Account Manager will manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by understanding business needs, proposing appropriate CPTIT solutions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contract terms in coordination with internal teams.

The role involves generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.

The Sales Account Manager will monitor account performance, track key metrics, address issues proactively, and provide regular reports and forecasts to sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in the Information Technology industry.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• IT Infrastructure Distribution Sales

  • Prior experience managing key accounts within the Banking, Government, Education, or Enterprise sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including Software Solutions, ERP, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, Data Centers, Infrastructure, and Managed Services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, build strategic customer relationships, and negotiate high-value deals.
  • Strong network and business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
