Role Description

As a Sales Account Manager Intern at Meta Techs, you will support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients in the cybersecurity sector.

On a typical day, you will assist with researching target accounts, preparing sales presentations, updating CRM records, and coordinating follow-ups with leads and existing clients.

You will help draft proposals, gather client requirements, and support the development of customized service offerings in collaboration with technical and marketing teams.

The internship role also includes participating in client meetings, documenting action items, and tracking progress on sales opportunities under the guidance of senior account managers.

This is an internship role based on-site in Dubai, offering hands-on experience in sales and account management within a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

  • Interest in sales, account management, and business development, with a strong motivation to learn in a cybersecurity-focused environment.
  • Basic understanding of technology or cybersecurity concepts, or a strong willingness to develop this knowledge through training and self-study.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records.
  • Comfort using productivity and CRM tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, or sales tracking systems) or readiness to learn them quickly.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or technology services is a plus but not required.
