Job Title: Sales Account Manager/Sales & Marketing specialist
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Doha.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong experience in client acquisition, marketing , project pricing, and tender management within the events, exhibitions, or creative production industry.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing strategic client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful projects.
You will work closely with management, Finance ,Operations design teams, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery from client briefing to project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying, and securing new business opportunities.
- Prepare professional quotations, project budgets, and cost estimations aligned with company pricing strategies.
- Lead and participate in tender submissions, including preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and present tailored creative solutions.
- Translate client requirements into clear design briefs for the creative and technical teams.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
- Proactively follow up on proposals, quotations, and tenders to ensure successful conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM records, and reporting.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to operations and production teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
- Experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or fit-out projects
- Strong background in project pricing, quotations, and tender submissions
- Excellent client communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and multi-project management ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and proposal preparation
- Understanding of design and production processes for events/exhibitions is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
