Role Description
The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business customers, promoting Du telecom solutions and tailored packages that meet their operational and budget needs.
Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, conducting client meetings, and preparing proposals and quotations.
The Sales Account Manager will maintain ongoing communication with clients, address service-related concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to implement solutions, tracking sales performance, and achieving assigned revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong account management and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in lead generation and sales development, including prospecting new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly and confidently.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering appropriate telecom solutions.
- Previous experience in telecommunications or B2B sales in the UAE market is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working with CRM or sales management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
