**Asymmetry Studio** is looking for a motivated and results-driven **Business Development & Sales Account Manager** to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our creative, marketing, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities in the Qatari market.
- Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Present Asymmetry Studio’s services and develop tailored solutions for prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and business development reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum **3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in Qatar**.
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a marketing, advertising, branding, or digital agency.
- Good understanding of the Qatari business landscape.
- Existing network of business contacts and decision-makers in Qatar.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about business growth.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Qatari Driving License.
- Own vehicle.
- Valid QID and ability to work in Qatar.
