Role overview
The full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role is based in Qatar.
The role manages and grows a portfolio of customers for the company’s key brands.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, build customer relationships, and follow up to support customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, participate in sales meetings, maintain account records, and report on sales and pipeline activity.
- Work with technical and operations teams on timely delivery, after-sales support, and account growth.
- Visit clients and project locations as required.
Qualifications
- Proven account management experience, including multiple accounts, performance tracking, and growth strategies.
- Lead generation and business development skills, with ability to convert prospects into customers.
- B2B sales experience; distribution, networking, industrial, or technology products are ideal.
- Strong customer-facing, service, communication, organization, and time management skills; attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software such as MS Office.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to work on-site in Qatar and regularly visit clients and project locations.

- The role is on-site in Qatar and includes regular client and project-location visits as required.
