Sales Account Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell real estate projects to prospective buyers and investors.
• Manage leads from initial enquiry through closing; understand client needs and recommend suitable opportunities.
• Conduct project presentations, property viewings, and client meetings.
• Build relationships with investors, buyers, and brokers; source opportunities through networking, referrals, events, and the broker network.
• Stay current on projects, pricing, payment plans, availability, market trends, and competing developments.
• Maintain CRM updates for leads, follow-ups, and transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams through transaction and post-sale support.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, property consultancy, business development, or a related sales role.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and off-plan sales.
• Sales-target achievement is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills; able to build client and broker relationships.
• Confident conducting property presentations and client meetings; self-motivated and target-driven.
• Strong follow-up and lead-management skills; good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• RERA certification.
