  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE \| Full-Time \| Arabic Speaker is a MUST.
  • UGrow is growing fast in Abu Dhabi, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate, results-driven Sales Account Manager to help restaurants thrive through smarter aggregator management.
  • If you have experience working with platforms like Talabat, Noon, Careem, or Deliveroo, and a solid background in the food & beverage industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of restaurant clients across Abu Dhabi.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with aggregator platforms to boost client performance.
  • Analyze KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven growth strategies.
  • Represent UGrow in client meetings and field visits.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Own car + valid UAE driving license.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
  • Proven experience in F&B, aggregator platforms, or sales account management.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and proactive.
