Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager – Off-Plan Real Estate Brokerage

to lead and manage our off-plan sales team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic relationships with developers, mentoring property consultants, and achieving company revenue targets.

Sales Leadership & Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in off-plan property sales.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Business Development

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with major developers in Dubai.
  • Identify new business opportunities and project launches.
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive inventory and promotional opportunities with developers.
  • Expand the company's client base through networking and strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Support consultants in closing high-value transactions.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with investors and key clients.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor Dubai real estate market trends, competitor activities, and project performance.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
  • Analyze sales data and recommend strategies for improvement.

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including those of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
  • Promote adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum
  • 5–7 years of experience
  • in Dubai real estate sales, with at least
  • 2 years in a managerial role
  • .
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan property market and developer landscape.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain developer and investor relationships.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
