• **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients who own or manage buildings with elevator systems. • **Client Consultation and Needs Assessment**: Meet with potential clients to understand their elevator maintenance needs and challenges. Conduct site visits to assess the condition of existing elevator systems and provide expert advice on the benefits of an AMC.
• **Proposal Development**: Prepare customized proposals outlining the scope of services included in the annual maintenance contract. This may involve collaborating with technical teams to gather information on service offerings, pricing, and terms and conditions.
• **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Engage in negotiations with clients to address any concerns or objections they may have and finalize the terms of the contract. Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments from clients.
• **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Provide ongoing support and assistance to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• **Sales Reporting and Analysis**: Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals submitted, and deals closed. Generate regular reports to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings. Use this knowledge to position Lift AMC services effectively and differentiate them from competitors in the marketplace.
• **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with other departments such as operations, customer service, and technical support to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate efforts to address client needs and deliver value throughout the customer lifecycle.
• **Continuous Learning and Skill Development**: Stay updated on advancements in elevator technology, maintenance best practices, and relevant industry regulations. Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to enhance your knowledge and skills as a sales professional.
