Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Jeddah for a Sales Engineer.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying client needs, delivering technical presentations, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Additional tasks include offering technical support, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Jeddah and the Western Region
- Promote and sell
- testing and measurement equipment
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions
- Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or
Electrical Engineering
- **3–5 years of experience**
- in sales of
- testing and measurement equipment
- (same or similar field)
- Strong background in Sales Engineering and solution-based selling
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients
- Experience in technical support and troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with the
- Jeddah and Western Region market
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
