Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
• Conduct initial assessments of client profiles and immigration eligibility.
• Explain immigration, work permit, PR, business migration, and visa programs offered by the company.
• Provide accurate information regarding immigration procedures, documentation, and requirements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, service agreements, and client contracts.
• Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate with processing and documentation teams to ensure smooth case handling.
• Attend promotional events, seminars, and marketing campaigns to generate new business
• opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in immigration sales, visa consultancy, Telesales, or consultative sales.
• Strong knowledge of immigration programs for Canada, Australia, Europe, the UK, and work permit pathways is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English; Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, or Bengali is an advantage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month
