Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Salary Entry & Attendance Clerk** to join our HR team.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee attendance records, preparing salary sheets, and assisting with payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Record and update daily employee attendance.
- Maintain leave records and timesheets.
- Prepare and verify monthly salary reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for payroll processing.
- Assist in handling employee queries related to attendance and salary.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR/Accounting or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or payroll (preferred, but freshers may apply).
- Strong Excel and data entry skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
