About The Role
We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our growing Secondary Market team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying and selling properties in Dubai's secondary market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful transactions.
- Stay updated with market trends and property inventory.
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.

Freshers:** Commission Only
**Note:** Salary + Commission package is exclusively available for candidates with prior real estate experience.
Freshers will be offered a commission-based package with full training, lead support, and marketing assistance.
