- Very good in Java and JS. Excellent Development skills
- Has experience of working on AD, Exchange, SAP systems and SAP GRC integration is preferred
- Has worked on Web services connectors
- JDBC connectors
- Databases and multisystem adapters
- Custom and complex workflows and rules
- Plugins with UI aspects
- SailPoint policy violations
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions
- Act as the primary technical SME for SailPoint IAM platforms
- Guide and mentor IAM developers and junior engineers
- Review code, configurations, and integrations to ensure best practices
