Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring the physical safety and security of Medical Fakeeh.
This role leads the Safety and security team, develops training programs, and implements risk management plans.
Oversees access control, compliance with safety regulations, and conducts investigations of incidents.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
- 1.
- Supervises and manages personnel within the Safety and Security Units to ensure high-quality performance and alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- 2.
- Reviews, updates and implements safety and security policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with MOI, internal standards, and international accreditation requirements
- 3.
- Recommends and develops new policies and procedures to address safety and security issues and risks, including emergency procedures and the Emergency Disaster Manual
- 4.
- Conducts regular inspections and audits of facilities and security operations, documenting findings and following up on recommendations for improvement
- 5.
- Investigates and analyzes safety and security incidents, recommending preventive measures and implementing corrective actions as needed
- 6.
- Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations, codes and standards across all facilities
- 7.
- Monitors Medical Fakeeh and facility operations to ensure adherence to safety and security protocols, preparing awareness presentations and training sessions for staff
- 8.
- Schedules staff effectively to meet safety and security needs, ensuring adequate personnel coverage
- 9.
- Prepares and delivers presentations on safety and security issues to stakeholders and staff, promoting a culture of awareness
- 10.
- Executes emergency drills, evaluate findings, and develop action plans for improvement, ensuring readiness for potential incidents 11.
- Participates in meetings and committees as required, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support organizational goals
- 12.
- Conducts comprehensive risk assessments for all facilities and prepare action plans to minimize identified risks
- 13.
- Manages safety and security-related projects to ensure compliance with Civil Defense and accreditation standards JOB DESCRIPTION
- 14.
- Submits reports on safety and security concerns to the Facility Director
- 15.
- Oversees the work order system from the control room, managing personnel involved in security operations
- 16.
- Conducts training sessions for current staff and new hires to enhance awareness and compliance with safety and security protocols
- 17.
- Develops and maintains relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure coordinated responses to incidents
- 18.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

- Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
- 7. Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Skills and Abilities: -
Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and external agencies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management
Education
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited University
Language
- Fluency in written and spoken English, desired fluency in written and spoken Arabic (not essential)
- **Licenses / Certifications:**
- NEBOSH and / or IOSH
