The Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs across EPC project sites.
The role ensures compliance with international safety standards, promotes a strong safety culture, and safeguards personnel, equipment, and operations during all phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Deliver training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and corrective actions.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety compliance during construction and commissioning.
Maintain accurate documentation of safety activities, audits, and certifications.
Ensure adherence to local, national, and international HSE regulations.
