The Safety & Security Officer supports hotel safety and security while helping deliver memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Patrol interior and exterior hotel premises and identify safety or security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather information, document findings, and report incidents accurately.
- Maintain accurate security reports and records.
- Assist with response to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to guest inquiries and concerns.
