AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (AOR)

1. Supervise all on-site security teams, including planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and training security personnel while ensuring compliance with HR policies regarding appraisals, contract renewals, resignations, and other related processes.

2. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations across the site and conduct ongoing training for security staff on safety procedures and protocols.

3. Identify and monitor high-risk cases to prevent workplace incidents or assaults, implementing appropriate security and behavioral measures to minimize risk.

4. Oversee and periodically reassess the usage, effectiveness, and maintenance of all security equipment and systems.

5. Prepare and submit periodic activity reports to management, highlighting key findings and issues.

6. Provide first aid in emergency situations, including accidents, fires, or injuries, and coordinate with relevant emergency services when necessary.

7. Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities within the system and recommend improvements to enhance performance and compliance.

8. Monitor and enforce preventive measures to protect property and prevent damages within the mall.

9. Ensure proper task completion and performance of the security team, offering guidance and support as needed.

10. Uphold confidentiality in all work-related matters and sensitive information.

11. Coordinate with the Safety and Security Officer to ensure full implementation of all safety and security requirements by employees.

12. Ensure compliance with Civil Defense regulations and verify the validity of all required government permits (e.g., Municipal Certificate, Civil Defense Certificate).

13. Perform any additional duties assigned that are relevant to the role.

ACTIVITIES

1. Supervise and manage on-site security personnel operations

2. Plan and implement security staff schedules and duty rotations

3. Conduct safety and security training sessions for guards

4. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and internal policies

5. Assess and maintain functionality of security equipment and systems

6. Respond to emergencies and administer first aid when required

7. Prepare and submit incident and activity reports to management

8. Coordinate with Civil Defense and verify validity of required permits

ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Safety Engineering, or a related field.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE.

• +7 years of experience in safety and security management, preferably in large facilities such as malls, commercial complexes, or industrial sites.

• At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
