Primary Purpose of the Job
Inspect and audit the Industrial Cities Directorate and QatarEnergy Contractors work sites and systems based on the established Health, Safety & Environmental Management System guidelines from QatarEnergy Contractor requirements.
ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, OHSAS18001, and the Industrial Directorate Quality Management Systems.
Record findings and implement a prograrn for corrective actions and follow up.
Required Experience and Skills
8 years practical experience in the safety field out of which 5 years as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas Industries or in a Petrochemical Environment/ Petrochemicalbr
Education
- al Qualifications
- Diploma in Safety Management and/or 8 years practical experience in the safety field out of which 5 years as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas Industries or in a Petrochemical Environment/ Petrochemical Industrial City Environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Computer Competency in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, administration and supervisory skills and be comfortable working in multinauonal environment.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret results and communicate results
