Salary: ā¹20,000 ā ā¹25,000 per month

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Officer to join our team for site operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of workplace safety standards, hazard identification, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce health and safety policies at the project site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for workers.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
- Maintain safety documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with site teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Safety, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or site safety operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates based in or willing to work in Mumbai or Pune will be preferred.
