Dubai, Sharjah - UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HSE Officer (UAE Nationals)** to join our team!
In this role **you will get to provide HSE support and guidance to construction and project team.**
What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices and compliance with government regulations, OSHAD, and company HSE policies.
- Support construction and project teams with HSE guidance, inspections, safety walk-downs, and participation in HSE meetings and campaigns.
- Conduct HSE inductions and safety awareness sessions for workers and visitors.
- Assist in incident/near-miss investigations, reporting hazards, and coordinating corrective actions with contractors and the HSE team.
- Promote a “Zero Accidents” culture by identifying unsafe conditions, recommending practical solutions, and recognizing good HSE performance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering
- Fresh graduates with interest and knowledge in health and safety and encouraged to apply
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- HSE Training certificates including but not limited to NEBOSH
