We are a leading manpower supply company in the UAE, specializing in providing skilled personnel for major construction and infrastructure projects.
We are currently seeking a qualified Safety Officer with strong experience in high-rise building projects.
Job Description
The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across high-rise construction sites.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on UAE experience and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health & safety policies and procedures on site
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company standards
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measures
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers
- Maintain safety records, reports, and incident documentation
- Coordinate with site management to enforce safety practices
- Investigate incidents/accidents and submit detailed reports
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in high-rise building projects in the UAE
- Mandatory NEBOSH certification
- Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure and enforce safety compliance on site
- Immediate joiners preferred
